Chaine des Rotisseurs members have set out on an Aromatic Journey at La Gioia

The Ankara members of Chaine des Rotisseurs, an International Association of Gastronomy, have come together at La Gioia Cafe Brasserie on a Thursday night, on the 26th of February.
Chaine des Rotisseurs members were entertained by Selcuk Türköz and Onur Dal who are also members of Chaine des Rotisseurs and the owners and founders of Crew Restaurant Group.
The guests embarked on an aromatic Journey from the dishes they chose from the menu, which has been prepared by the popular, Executive Chef Kenan Atalık who has made quite a name recently due to his successful performances, and which has been brought to life by Selcuk Türköz, who has been awarded the Le Cordon Bleu diploma by the world famous culinary arts school.
Many different dishes such as Chicory Tuna and "Au Jus" Veal Steak, besides Alaskan crab cooked with special techniques and flavoured with aromatic herbs and spices, Lemongrass scented hazelnut soup and Scamorza Porcini Lunette flavoured with sage tea and saffron, followed by desserts such as Port Poached Pears and Crème Brulee; was served to the guests from the menu prepared with the theme: "Aromatic Journey".
