As part of Unilever Food Solutions' "Menus of the Future" project, a special shoot was prepared in collaboration with our chef Seyeffettin Atalık and Oğuz Yenihayat, reinterpreting traditional flavors with modern touches.
Our classic dishes like Fellah Köfte, Tirit, and Kabak Mücver have taken on a new identity in the Marlinda kitchen. These recipes, expertly crafted with local ingredients, offer a fresh experience that bears the traces of the past yet appeals to contemporary palates.
For us, this visit wasn't just about the menu; it was also a delightful gathering where we shared ideas that will shape the future of palates.
